To Create a DGN Library File
- Open a DGN file.
- From the Settings menu, select Customize to open the Customize dialog.
- In the Key-in window, type CUSTOMIZE DIALOG. The Customize dialog opens.

From the Customize dialog File menu, select the Custom.dgnlib file.
The Custom.dgnlib file opens.

From the File menu, select Save As and in the Save As dialog, name the file MarkupNames.dgnlib.
MarkupNames.dgnlib opens.
